Translation
As our client, you want to be sure that your translations are in professional hands. We operate according to European standard EN 15038:2006. Among others, this means that Krisztíz Fordítóiroda only works with qualified specialist translators having several years of experience in the given field.
Certification of translation
Unless otherwise provided for by the given destination of use, we are able to certify translations to be used abroad.
As regards, documents to be used within Hungary, we may provide certification services only in respect of corporate materials such as company abstract, contracts, balance sheets, correspondence, etc.
Certified translations may be ordered only in a package with linguistic review. Certification requires presentation of the original document.
If you need certified translations of non-corporate materials, we agree to make the arrangements for attestation of translations produced by us with the National Office for Translation and Attestation, the sole agency authorised to issue such attestation.
Official translation
An official translation is halfway between certified translation and uncertified translation: the translation agency issues a certificate that the translation was produced by a specialist translator and that the translation text is a true and fair translation of the original text.
We are able to issue official translation certificates for any translation, provided we have proofread it.
Interpreting
- Consecutive interpreting
This form of interpreting is used the most frequently and has proved itself to be useful in business meetings and smaller presentations. The interpreter follows the speaker after every few sentences, typically interpreting in both linguistic directions, as the situation requires.
- Simultaneous interpreting
This is useful and often inevitable in conferences or lectures. Its benefits are saving time and the possibility of using more than one language at the same time. Seated in a sound-proof booth, the interpreter listens to the source text on earphones while continuously speaking into a microphone transmitting sounds to the earphones of the audience. This is interpreting done at the highest standard, which cannot be done for long stretches, which is why simultaneous interpreters work in pairs, taking turns every 20 minutes.

LANGUAGE COACHING
Coaching provides inspiration so that our client can fully utilise their potential for a specified purpose.
In language coaching, our client wishes to achieve a language-related objective.
Such goals can be almost infinitely varied depending on the client’s individual characteristics and situation. Some examples where the coachee may have to excel in a foreign-language environment:
- presentations
- business meetings
- conferences
- negotiations
- playing golf with the boss
- relaxed airport meetings
- job interviews
